Workshop for Women’ self-protection :
How to be safe on the streets and in public places (subway, buses, parks, etc...)

Community Dinner with aromas of India:
One of our center’s members will show us how to make a typical dish of India. Thereafter the participants will share the cooked meal. Places are limited.
July 22nd (from 11AM to 1PM)
Educational Visit: Château Ramzay Museum
This is a great opportunity to discover the history of Quebec in an interactive and fun way. Cost: $ 5 (includes transportation, museum admission and activities).
