Women's Yoga

Women’s yoga classes are offered for one hour each week, in a peaceful, safe, non-competitive environment and do not require any special skills. Women gradually learn poses, breathing, reflection, and then meditation. This approach to yoga respects the starting point of each participant.

Classes are every Monday from 1:45 pm to 2:45 pm at 419 Saint-Roch SS-20
